About Co-Founder
Jitendra Pathak, has spent thirty years in technology and operations leadership, across cloud and data centre hosting, AI-enabled transformation, global capability centre build-out, and IT and security services. He has owned the P&L for large global business lines and served on a board. Until September 2026 he was Chief Operations Officer and Whole-time Director at ESDS Software Solution, owning operations and delivery across cloud, data centre, AI platforms and managed services, where he set up three new data centres, expanded four more, and drove 15–20% operational efficiency through enterprise AI adoption. Before that he was SVP Service Delivery & Operations Excellence at ConnectWise, responsible for service delivery to 17,000+ active partners across the US, UK and Australia. At Vodafone's shared services arm he led infrastructure, service desk and security operations across 15+ countries, covering. He spent twelve years at Wipro ending as Head -Remote Services.He holds a PG Diploma in Business Administration and a B.E. in Electronics, and is PMP and ITSM certified, a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Internal Coach. He is co-founder of Tanat and honorary board member of the Pi Jam Foundation, which advances STEM education in government schools through the Code Mitra app
